Department of International Cooperation takes the responsibility of studying and formulating the projects, programs, provisions and regulations concerning international cooperation and organizing the corresponding implementation, organizing the participation in activities of the related international and regional organizations, organizing and coordinating the implementation of bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements, administering the work of foreign affairs for AQSIQ departments and their underling units, organizing the implementation of WTO agreements concerning quality inspection and the related China's WTO commitment, organizing the implementation of national notification and enquiry work of TBT Agreement and SPS Agreement, undertaking the daily work of China's Inter-ministerial TBT Meeting Office and AQSIQ WTO Affairs Office.
