Department of Inspection and Quarantine Clearance takes the responsibility of studing and formulating provisions and rules concerning entry-exit inspection and quarantine general businessand certificate issuing and marking, as well as organizing the implementation; administering the business of entry-exit inspection and quarantine at ports; establishing and collecting the list of entry-exitinspection and quarantine and categories; administering the issue of preferential-treatment form of origin and general form of origin; administering the reckoning and charging work of entry-exit inspection and quarantine and the statistics of relevant business; organizing theimplementation of information application of entry-exit inspection and quarantine; supervising and administering social service agencies dealing with businesses related to entry-exit inspection and quarantine according to the law. |
